As a Barclays Assistant Vice President Fraud Detections, you will be supporting the strategic agenda of the area, which covers People, Process, Policy & Performance optimization, and governance rigor. Your duties include the daily management of workflows for a large segment of the Bank's internal operations. In addition to being an SME for resolving complex problems, as the role holder, you will manage and coach multiple teams performing the same or related functions.

What will you be doing?
??? Managing daily staffing and workflow for Fraud Operations in Detections, and ensure adherence to department quantity and quality standards ??? Identifying service delivery failures and escalate issue/impact to appropriate business owners ??? Meeting regularly with individual team members; coach them to meet and exceed their metrics and other goals ??? Utilizing reporting and direct observation to keep them abreast of their performance towards those goals ??? Providing performance analysis to implement action plan strategies to improve overall performance ??? Handling and being a resource for policy, procedure, and human resources questions/issue ??? Making day to day decisions generally made without supervision or review. ??? Being responsible for broad scope of decision-making
What we're looking for:
??? Several years managing coaching and developing staff in a service operation including hiring, training, developing policies and procedures and other technological infrastructure ??? Over a year experience managing a team of 75+ direct and indirect reports ??? Experience in communicating in high level results of decisions to management
