Morgan McKinley, London is pleased to be supporting a global education provider who has created a Group finance function in the heart of London, Holborn. Reporting into the FP&A Manager within this new and growing Group Finance function, this is an exciting opportunity for a Part-qualified Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Group FP&A Manager:
Partner with stakeholders across the head office to understand budget variances
and trends. Support stakeholders in their understanding of finance priorities to
ensure risks and opportunities in the delivery of their budget are well managed
Assist with monthly management reporting including attending financial review
meetings and the preparation of the management packs including associated
commentary
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
Support the maintenance of Oracle Planning and the collection and review of reporting from the subsidiary finance teams
Support the collection and analysis of data as required to support the FP&A team
activities
Continuously develop and improve existing processes
Ad-hoc analysis and projects as required
Requirements for the role:
Strong academics
Part qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Salary & benefits:
This is a true Hybrid position, 2 days a week in the office and 3 from home.
The role of FP&A Analyst will pay ??45,000 - ??50,000 plus bonus and attractive company benefits, including study support
