As part of the current expansion of our operations, we are looking for a dynamic candidate with expertise in the French Accounting Rules and their application to accounting platforms , At the Vice-President level to lead our fund accounting activities in France. Our fund accounting team provides an essential operational service to our French and international clients. What you will be responsible for Fund Accounting - Vice President Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage the fund accounting team in Paris, ensuring that client expectations are met and that they are happy with the level of service; Oversee major transformation projects, such as system upgrades and the transition to the new French chart of accounts in 2023; Ensure that processes and procedures are adequate to meet quality standards and that they are applied consistently and regularly reviewed within the department; Collaborate with teams globally to best serve our customers. Provide collective direction to department heads and teams to ensure synchronized work; Effectively support and communicate corporate initiatives and goals to managers and teams; Develop ideas for new products and services to expand business opportunities and better meet customer needs; Meet all requirements of the employee performance appraisal process, including goal setting, regular and immediate feedback and skills development; Provide staff development and training.
