HR Operations Manager - Permanent
Bristol - outskirts
Salary 65k-70k depending on experience
Hybrid - 3 days in the office
This is a fantastic role for a go getting results driven HR Manager/HR Business Partner. Reporting to the CEO you will manage the HR team including the recruiting function, the HR systems and processes, the compensation function, the training and development function, the relation with staff on HR matters, staff level forecasting and planning, HR budgets at Group level.
You will need to be hands on, have a good understanding of the tools, databases and social networks and able to help out the team in a variety of aspects. You need to show a positive approach in a dynamic and changing environment. You will become instrumental in bringing governance and quality in execution to the HR team.
Within the role along with the main responsibilities detailed below, my client is looking for a pro-active individual who will identify improvements to the processes in place
Day to day responsibilities:
Establish and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
Lead, develop and coach the core HR team to ensure they meet business and personal goals.
Establish a strong and efficient control environment, suitable for a company that is experiencing rapid growth and looks to remain agile.
Work with the CEO and Business Line Managers to deliver a comprehensive feed back on ongoing actions
Ensure all monthly HR Reporting is submitted accurately and to reporting timetable.
Direct an effective budgeting and forecasting process of HR expenses
Own the day to day running of HR, pushing our cultural behaviours and helping to create a performance driving mentality.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Minimum 3+ years ownership and management of a small HR team.
Best in class understanding of HR processes, controls and data integrity
In depth understanding of HR regulatory and also legal aspects
Natural curiosity and drive to improve combined with a 'can do' attitude
Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and customer focus.
Ability to lead and develop a team, driving a high-performance culture and mentality.
Strong planning and organisational skills

Proven leadership of a high performing HR function.
Proven performance in leading a recruitment function
