Call me for more details 07951831705 HR Operations Manager - Permanent Bristol - outskirts Salary 65k-70k depending on experience Hybrid - 3 days in the office This is a fantastic role for a go getting results driven HR Manager/HR Business Partner. Reporting to the CEO you will manage the HR team including the recruiting function, the HR systems and processes, the compensation function, the training and development function, the relation with staff on HR matters, staff level forecasting and planning, HR budgets at Group level. You will need to be hands on, have a good understanding of the tools, databases and social networks and able to help out the team in a variety of aspects. You need to show a positive approach in a dynamic and changing environment. You will become instrumental in bringing governance and quality in execution to the HR team. Within the role along with the main responsibilities detailed below, my client is looking for a pro-active individual who will identify improvements to the processes in place Day to day responsibilities:
