- Be responsible for the evolution of Client Group tools & processes (Salesforce, Eloqua, BrightTALK, UME, etc.) and integration within the wider AXA IM architecture
AXA IM Core is creating a central Distribution Solutions & Processes role that is responsible for a number of internal transversal activities such sales processes, distribution technology, and change projects. You will be part of the AXA IM Core COO Office, reporting to the AXA IM Core COO, with a dotted line to the Global Head of Client Group, and the role is transversal across geographies, client channels and distribution function (sales, marketing, and client service). - You will be responsible for Distribution digital related projects - with a clear focus on CRM transformation project (part of our strategic ambition for 2023/2024)
- You will lead the CRM project team and act as a Transversal Business Product Manager
- In Project mode, your main missions are:
- Design the target Client Group business processes (sales, client services, etc.) in conjunction with CRM champions and project team
- Define the new scope of CRM functionalities and associated roll-out plan
- Participate to CRM design workshops with the project team and support business requirements gathering effort on expected capabilities/ evolutions to be made to the Salesforce platform in terms of functionalities, data & systems integrations
- Responsible for arbitration during design workshop & ensure solution meet business teams requirements
- Capture and complete business requirements for report, dashboard and Management information across business teams and ensure they are well configured in Salesforce & through BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Contribute on key project governance bodies and escalate blocking points to senior management/governance bodies when needed
- Contribute to UAT sessions to ensure that business requirements are met, triage/ review user feedback
- Lead Business demo & prepare communication packs or intervention for internal sales forums/ town hall, you will be working closely with the Client Group CORE leadership team to help tailor key CRM communications
- Lead change effort through the design of the change management program and end-users training when needed
- Define additional business initiatives around CRM architecture where required to build the CRM roadmap
- On a BAU/ run mode, your main missions are:
- Review Client Group business processes to ensure that the digital solutions meet the latest evolution of these business processes
- Design strategically and lead the CRM (and broader Distribution ecosystem) roadmap & further enhancements in order to achieve the strategy and vision set by the Business Leaders and aligned goals across distribution teams
- Overall Product ownership around CRM and working with Technology product owner to feed requirements into the CRM solution design
- Align Business teams across locations on global processes, guidelines that you will be documented
- Develop & maintain Salesforce best practices and ensure sharing across Client Group
- Contribute to Business governance forums across the CRM platform, escalate issues/risks and oversee the distribution technology roadmap, as communicated and agreed by the Business sponsor(s)
- Oversight of the CRM platform ensuring the quality is maintained and processes are followed
- Manage CRM & distribution related technology budget and track actuals to report up to the Distribution Leadership as required
- Contribute to yearly building of IT project budgets for Distribution
- Be responsible of the relationship with software providers incl. Salesforce
- Identify new digital solutions and leverage innovation and technology / data improvements globally
Education/Qualifications / Experience - Higher degree in economics or finance preferred,
- Strong knowledge on Distribution related technology: CRM tool, BI tools, Microsoft office, etc
Knowledge and Skills - Excellent English skills required
- Existing proven experience of the roll out of a new CRM Tool from design to completion in an asset management firm (or a financial services company) as a leader
- Industry understanding: You must have a high degree of understanding of Asset Management and Distribution function, along with the commercial acumen needed to build business cases
- Leadership: You must have excellent leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team
- Relationship building: You must be an effective relationship builder, developing strong relationships across the whole organisation with a wide range of stakeholders from a position of trust
