Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs. Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end blockchain based product development including ideation, business case, defining user requirements, work with technology & operation partners in executing tech build, testing, & etc to ensure the delivery of desired customer journey
- Develop relevant customer value proposition & viable business model in the emerging web3.0 economy
- Define & execute the product commercialisation strategy and go-to-market plan of blockchain based product offerings
- Collaborate with sales & marketing partners to develop customer value propositions, marketing collateral, & training materials
- Partner with internal & external stakeholders in customer/partnership engagements, technical workshops, trainings & any other related industry engagement activities across the region
- Partner with sales & coverage team to manage customer pipeline, & drive adoptions/ deal conversions
- Perform regular competitive landscape analysis to ensure effective market positioning of our product offerings
- To stay abreast with the latest industry development with key topics such as digital currencies, CBDCs, payments & treasury innovation, and produce materials to drive internal awareness & knowledge sharing
Requirements - Relevant experience & passion in Blockchain/DLT/ Smart Contract technology, Digital Currencies, Web 3.0 business model, & Payments
- Extensive experience in cash management, preferably payments product management, client solutioning, & product commercialisation
- Strong market research, analytical, & problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse business & operation model across various industry, generate insights on problem statements, as well as effective documentation
- Ability to think creatively, and validate proposals/ ideas with facts, data through independent research, & translate these into presentable and actionable materials
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & good understanding in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Qlikview & etc
- Leadership qualities to manage projects as well as multiple partners and stakeholders engagement
- A team player who is able to see big picture, and have the ability & resiliency to work through challenges with clear organisation goal in mind
