Division Description At OCBC Global Wholesale Banking, we serve and support institutional and business customers ranging from large corporates, financial institutions, government agencies to small and medium enterprises. In this role, your primary goal is to craft and deliver compelling narratives that effectively communicate the business banking proposition in Singapore and the core markets that we operate in. By combining customer insights and strategic thinking with creative acumen and a dare-to-do attitude, he/she will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to create brand stories that will trigger positive responses from our target audiences, to achieve our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and engaging content that resonate with our audience, seamlessly integrating into trending topics, conversations and events in the business banking space
Manage editorial calendar and lead the planning of data-driven content campaigns - from ideation to execution - with well-defined KPIs/outcomes
Challenge the quality and mix of our online and offline marketing materials
Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies/vendors to optimise content for effective amplification across paid, owned and earned media
Hypothesise, test, measure, optimise and scale our marketing content; glean actionable insights to inform future campaigns
Qualifications Qualifications:
Min. 5 years of related content marketing and visual design experience; well-versed in change management communication is a plus
Excellent fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
Familiar working across established and emerging content formats, including videos, infographics and podcasts
Effective experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc
Tenacious and resourceful; self-motivated with ability to execute across channels
Able to multi-task and work under time pressure, adapting swiftly to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment
Intellectual curiosity to ask why and grasp opportunities to learn and support the team beyond own scope
