Role Summary:

You will be able to provide High Net Worth Insurance clients with Excellence customer service in all interactions with different stakeholders while ensuring that:

Your Responsibilities:

• Accurate documentation is necessary and actively follow up with relevant parties.
• Ensure all the regulatory requirements and compliance processes are met in a timely manner
• Closely work with Underwriting and Representatives to meet the documentary requirements
• That policies, endorsements and correspondence are issued in accordance with required Company's standards and regulation
• Policy information is kept up-to-date accordingly to company's protocol
  
  

Your Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business related domain
• Prior experience in banking/insurance sector especially customer service would be a plus
• Having positive and mature attitude and able to meet tight deadlines in the fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• LOMA qualification is preferred
• Ad-hoc projects might be assigned
