Roles & Responsibilities: - Support credit underwiring function for Lending Products (including but not limited to credit card, personal loan, mortgages, etc) according to bank's policy and with adequate control and within the established processing turnaround time as well as meeting productivity benchmark - Perform credit activities (including financial spreading, credit risk analysis, credit proposal write up underwriting and credit processing for new application / line maintenance / annual review) for both Unsecured and Secured Products (including but not limited to mortgage, credit card, personal loan, etc - Render support on quality check (eg. day 2 review, quality assurance framework, etc) to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirement, prevailing policy and procedure - Participate in projects and initiatives. Support projects, development of work flows and procedures to enhance credit underwriting and post-approval process - Provide training to junior staff / new hire where necessary - Support various office routine (eg. COB drill test)
Qualifications: - 2-7 years of experience in related credit business - Experience in credit operations or similar position is preferable - Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
