About our client
We are working with an entrepreneurial mid-market fund focusing on the UK and Europe. The team is dynamic, and by nature more entrepreneurial. It is looking for an ambitious and hands-on individual to support the team with one of their German assets over an interim period. This role can be based in London, Paris or Geneva.
What the job involves
  • Supporting on one specific asset for the firm over the next 6-12 months, with the possibility the role could lead to a full time position
  • Working directly with a Partner at the firm, giving the successful individual excellent opportunities for development
  • Transaction execution: overseeing due diligence workstreams and documentation
  • Portfolio responsibilities with the support of senior colleagues
Who we are looking for
  • An aptitude for the European mid-market, likely with experience from within a Private Equity firm or maybe a boutique investment bank
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to thrive in an multi-cultured environment
  • German language skills are required
