| Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in New York, New York. Serve as Digital Transformation Lead and a Global Program/Project Lead in the Human Capital Management/Human Resources division. Lead global learning and development initiatives and programming for the Firm on assigned topics including firm culture, new and experienced manager development, creating an inclusive environment, new hire orientation, talent pipeline programming, and professional/skills development. Implement classroom, blended and online learning solutions. Define global digital learning strategy within these topics, responsible for the learning technology ecosystem and roadmap, which includes investments, implementation and cross functional change management. Work on talent strategy initiatives focused on leadership pipeline reviews (LPR), organization design, succession planning, mobility, and talent management and development. Optimize related functional operations, including vendor management, risk management, budget and financial planning. Work with HCM/HR and cross-functional colleagues to manage end-to-end transformation programs for divisions. Measure the impact of talent assessment and development initiatives to understand the return on investment for employees, the division and the Firm. |
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Human Resources, Applied Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include: three (3) years of experience with: designing, planning and implementing talent processes for a company of at least 45,000 employees; project or program management and execution, overseeing HCM/HR initiatives that include multiple work streams and divisions; HCM/HR functions such as Talent acquisition, Talent Advisory, and Transformation and Change Program Management. Two (2) years of experience with: global talent assessment and development initiatives including program design and delivery at scale; HCM/HR talent technology solutions, including at least two of the following: learning management systems; talent acquisition and talent marketplace platforms; talent assessment platforms; digital learning platforms like online program experience platform, micro learning platforms, and content platforms; and assessment tools for data analysis and dash boarding.
Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $211,000 to $225,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
