Job title: Jr. Identity Access Management Analyst

Comp: $70-100k base + bonus

Work Model: 4 days a week in office out of NYC

Summary: A top hedge fund with 30 billion in AUM focused on macro and digital assets is seeking a junior candidate to work as an Identity Access Management/Administrative Analyst.

Qualifications

• Organized and methodical, with a keen eye with attention to detail
• Demonstrate an understanding of IAM access control requirements
• Basic IT knowledge
• Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills, able to balance BAU tasks and project work
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a demanding environment
• Active Directory admin experience
• Ability to identify process improvements on an on going basis to improve user experience

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the Joiner, Mover and Leaver processes are completed form start to finish in a timely manner
• Shared mailbox management
• Ticket system management
• Administration work
• Helpdesk/Desktop Support
• Moving from Active Directory to new systems
• Access Management
• Assistance on project work for the IAM function development
• Document support - New process documentation
• Being a main point of contact for any JML related issues

• Ensures that all access granted or revoked is auditable
• User Access reviews
