Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhancement of the trader voice and Symphony messaging systems
  • BAU support and project deployment for trader voice and chat platforms across the bank
  • Provide technical support to users across the bank
  • Inventories and documentations management
  • Incident, risk and change management for all supported systems
  • Audit finding resolution in a timely manner
  • System Alert monitoring (24X7)
Requirements
  • Has at least 3-5 years proven experience in financial services preferably in trade floor
  • Hands-on experience with - IPC / Speakerbus / Symphony chat/ NTR
  • Working knowledge in window servers, storage systems, IP networking (VoIP, Routing & Firewall) and Virtualization (VMware)
  • Understanding of SIP technology, networks, protocols, firewalls and Linux required
  • Experience knowledge on security guidelines, risk and vulnerability management
  • Ability to independently evaluate and task priorities to meet tight deadline
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, planning and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams with strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Always delivers on commitments, on time and to consistently high quality
  • Proactive and self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Scripting or automation experience would be an advantage
