Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, New York. Use technical training and programming languages including python and relationship database query tools like SQL and other Machine Learning and advanced statistical tools to analyze data and industry trends to develop strategic growth plans. Analyze portfolio data, industry data, credit bureau data and alternative data to identify new opportunities for product, marketing acquisition and marketing engagement. Surface opportunities for Credit and Fraud teams to further analyze. Utilize user generated online data to generate strategies to enhance customer experience. Conduct industry benchmarking, build and optimize existing product and marketing strategies to improve customer level profitability. Lead marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution programs to help optimize marketing planning and spend. Establish a robust test and learn agenda to identify business opportunities and make recommendations for the future growth of the business. Develop analytical reports and presentations for senior management and executive committees. Build and manage the marketing analytics team, training and supervise the team members on a daily basis. Job Requirements: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics of Finance or a related field. Three (3) years of experience with a Master's degree or five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in the job offered or in a related role. Must have three (3) years of experience with a Master's degree or five (5) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree with: utilizing SQL, Python and Machine Learning; building NPV models at the most granular level; working closely with senior leadership in a digital consumer or small business lending environment; working with consumer financial products, including in a co-branded credit card space and with high-growth companies; managing, building, training analytics team members and establishing methodologies and best practices; building marketing mix models and multi-touch attributions; designing and measuring of multi-variate testing. Travel required for client marketing meetings and live deal execution. All travel reimbursed by the firm. Travel 10% of time. Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $227,000 - $270,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
