Description This role works within OSTTRA - The Future of Post-Trade (https://osttra.com/) OSTTRA is a joint venture owned 50/50 by CME Group and S&P Global. The HR Business Partner in our NYC office works pro-actively to support on all HR related matters in the region in consultation with the global OSTTRA HR team. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to the senior/line management and employees that reflects the business objectives of OSTTRA. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy to help drive strategic plans in the region, the role essentially helps align the company's people strategy with its business strategy. The role will be accountable for the NYC office and will report to the HR Lead for US and EMEA. Principal Accountabilities:

The salary range for this role is $82,100-$136,900. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
