About our client

Our client is a leading UK investor with a portfolio spanning the venture and growth capital space. It is seeking a Senior Investment Manager to lead on venture deals who will be instrumental in sourcing, structuring and executing transactions, and engaging with portfolio companies post-acquisition.

What the job involves

Work on all aspects of the transaction process from origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
Involvement with all of the investment products across the group, and assist in fund raising when required
Make investment decisions with a high degree of autonomy, and assist other senior team members across the vehicle

Who we are looking for

A background in venture and growth capital with significant investing experience

Excellent written and communicated English, allowing you the ability to write, present, and articulate flawlessly
Outstanding academics from a top-tier university
