I am currently recruiting for a Group Finance manager, you will be working within Group and be able to oversea all aspects of the business. You will be a key member of the team and you will be responsible for process improvements and working with stakeholders to propose improvements.
This is one of the more exciting roles within the company because you will have scope to work with other areas of the company and gain a wide experience. For this role you will need excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously with various teams.
You will be a qualified accountant and either ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified for this role. Ideally with previous experience in process improvement methodology. For this you will need to be able to persuade senior stakeholders and challenges decision that have been made to improve processes.
