You will be part of a global team in Commodity Insights - Upstream Solutions, where you will providing administrative assistance to our research team. Our business delivers critical information, analytics and solutions within the energy space helping customers make well informed decisions. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about supporting research and has a customer-first attitude. The role will require the successful candidate to be onsite within our Tetbury office but working from home for some of the time will also be available. What's in it for you: You will be involved in starting and renewing subscriptions and document purchase processes. You will have the opportunity to take part in long term key projects which aim to provide effective and up-to-date services to our researchers. You will be trained to work in several databases and use different applications to administer document acquisitions, support library services, and the daily work within the team. Your regular office presence is important in this role, but we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements and we will consider part-time employment as well. Responsibilities:
