The position will be responsible for driving the sales of cash sector solutions in Asia Oceania and work very closely with Sector Bankers to create sector specific solutions. This role is pivotal to growing and managing the sector solutions for cash management in the region, to understand the key client needs and market development and create solutions to cater to client needs. The incumbent will be responsible for structuring, selling and implementing the solutions as well as replicating the solutions to other clients in the same sector. The incumbent will also work with internal stakeholders like Legal team, Compliance team, Cash Product Management team and GTBD Desk in countries to ensure that the solutions are fit for purpose and that the risks are well mitigated and that we have a competitive positioning that allows us to grow the business.
Responsible for the strategy and execution of Sector Solutions for Cash Management across the Asia & Oceania region.
Responsible to ensure there are good sector specific solutions available that can be marketed to our clients. Regular interaction with Sector Bankers and RMs to ensure that the Cash Management sector solutions are well understood and the Sector Bankers & RMs are able to market these solutions and grow the business.
Responsible for joining the sector bankers calls to understand the client needs, deal pipeline, explaining and ensuring that Cash management and Transaction Banking value proposition for the sector is understood and being used by sector bankers and RM in client discussions.
Responsible for ensuring that the Sector Solutions are Fit for Purpose and seamlessly working with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and Cash Product Management team towards this. Responsible for maintaining the competitive positioning of the products
Responsible for growing the Sector P&L through active commercialization of Sector Solutions. Responsible for the Cash Management Profits for the sector.
Work with FX and Trade teams to ensure cross-sell of FX and Trade along with Cash through product bundling and structuring.
Responsible for communicating and explaining the sector success stories so that the deals are replicated with other clients
15 years of Banking experience with 10 years in Cash Management.
Cash management sales and / or Cash Product management experience in an international bank is highly desirable, good commercialization experience advantageous.
Ability to work in a matrix organization including using influencing skill to drive business
