Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

Responsibilities:
  • Research, develop and deploy algorithms/models to meet business needs faced by Group LCS
  • Understand business requirements from key stakeholders and develop solutions to address their problems, specifically developing and operationalizing various algorithms and machine learning models
  • Operationalize model pipelines into re-usable libraries or APIs for the team
  • To have good understanding of the bank systems and where are the data located when needed
  • Lead discussions on technical solutioning for new AI/ML capabilities with Tech, Data Science, Data Analytics and various product owners.
Technical Experience:
  • Degree in Computing / Computer Science
  • 5-10 years of technology delivery experience relating to analytics and software development, preferably in financial services
  • Strong analytics background and quantitative skills, with a good understanding of business drivers and data needs.
  • Experience with ETL, data transformation and analytics use cases
  • Experience with Hadoop ecosystem and tools
  • Experience with in SQL,Python/ PySpark
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Java development experience, especially with integration and API's, will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableauwill also be an advantage.
