Morgan McKinley are working in partnership with a Global Investment Management firm who are looking to hire an Associate Director, Employee Communications to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Communications professional, with previous management experience, to lead a dedicated team of 2 Communications Managers in support of Enterprise-wide communications relating to Technology, Legal & Finance.
You will work as part of a high performing function, working closely with Senior Stakeholders Globally and as such a professional approach, with fantastic communication skills is essential.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
Leading on strategic and tactical Communications plans for Corporate Enabler functions ie. Legal, Technology, Finance etc
Supporting with external communications as/when appropriate
Line management responsibility of two Senior Communication Managers
Collaborate with business and regional Leaders on joint projects/initiatives
Act as business partner to senior leaders; advising on messaging, tone of voice and internal brand.
Creating bespoke, engaging content to be communicated internally and externally across a range of channels including video scripts, social media, events, intranet, announcements, email and digital signage
Measure and report on communication effectiveness and ROI
Ideal candidates will have;
Prior experience working in the Professional or Financial services space
Strong internal and external communications skills with exposure to producing Global communications
Leadership communication skills
Prior management experience (essential)
Additional Information;
Salary up to ??85,000 p/annum + bonus + benefits
Location - City of London (Flexible working available)
