The role will report to the Global Real Estate (GRE) APAC Planning Reporting & Analysis lead. Responsibilities include financial reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis supporting J.P. Morgan's corporate office portfolio and real estate in the Asia Pacific Region.
Specific duties include:
Handles monthly reporting, rolling forecast, budgeting cycles and all related analysis on J.P Morgan's self-occupied real estate operating expenses
Maintain and track capital expenditure required for office strategies e.g. relocation, consolidation, renovation and aligning P&L to forecast / budget
Partner with GRE functional / country heads to track and identify expense reduction opportunities
Preparation and presentation of consolidated financial reports
Handle and support monthly intercompany billing of real estate expenses allocation to all Line of Business in the region and related reporting, forecasting and budgeting per Corporate calendar
Maintain strong Line of Business partnership by providing allocation transparency, analysis and addressing queries
Provide recommendations to enhance financial and operational performance of the functions
Report on key financial and operational metrics to support business decisions
Establishment of strong proactive relationships with all functions
Handle ad hoc requests, projects and initiatives
Meet all U.S. and regional reporting requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
CPA qualification an advantage
Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the financial services industry
Real estate accounting, tax and transaction experience an advantage
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Experience in handling and analysing huge databases
Ability to work independently and well under pressure, handling multiple projects and initiatives at the same time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
