A global bank are recruiting for an exciting Tax Advisory Director, to join their Paris office in a newly created role. This team focuses on front office support, business advisory, risk, policy and M&A tax.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide tax advice and manage tax risks on transactions and products
• Develop and approve tax planning initiatives
• Deal with Tax Controversy processes
• Support on external tax audits
• Represent the business at industry body forums and perform advocacy services as required, including industry submissions and liaising with tax authorities or government representatives
