Description Summary We are seeking an Analytics Project Manager to support across a wide range of activities, helping us drive forward effective and efficient project work.
We need a highly organised and excellent communicator who will not be intimidated by jargon or demands from stakeholders of all levels. Someone who has the confidence to take hold of the analytics projects and help organise and optimise them.
The successful candidate will work within a highly motivated, data oriented team spread across the globe and will have the opportunity to work with new technologies that provide immediate business value. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Building and managing the end-to-end project plan, and monitor/report progress. Effectively manage scope and dependencies. Ensure that the project is delivered to time and quality
Anticipates problems before they occur and proactively manages the problem or risk, working across the teams to implement the most appropriate solution
Ensure that business outcomes are defined, approved, and delivered.
Support strong governance, aligned with the overall governance, and ensure that timely decisions are taken.
Communicate regularly and effectively with project and business stakeholders
Supporting business with prioritisation of projects and allocation of tasks
Co-ordinating and managing resources
Essential Criteria
A third level qualification or the equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience
Experience of managing Agile/SCRUM projects
Experience in planning and execution of projects involving multiple workstreams and multi-disciplinary teams
Knowledge and understanding of data analytics
Experience of Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet or other similar tools
Experience of working to deliver projects with teams across multiple time zones.
Desirable Criteria
Finance Industry experience
High level of initiative.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage team tasks
