A global alternative asset manager is looking to hire a Tax Associate to join their business, based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tax professional to provide advice on international tax matters and assist with corporate tax compliance obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that ongoing tax related matters have been considered
• Ensure that structures are implemented
• Monitor and advise on changes to international tax matters
• Communicate the implications of new legislation
• Implementation of tax risk management processes
• Ensure that all direct and indirect returns are prepared and submitted

Experience:

• Experience of working on tax projects across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience of tax compliance and transfer pricing is preferred
• Familiarity with accounting principles, (e.g., UK or US GAAP. CA / ACA preferred)
• Must be well versed in Excel

Qualifications:

• CTA, ADIT or similar preferred
