Roles and responsibilities:

• Leading teams on a number of M&A transactions including due diligence, structuring & tax modelling
• Leading and managing business development initiatives
• Growing tax team and managing existing members of the team
• Coordinating and liaising with teams across different jurisdictions

Qualifications:

• ACA or CTA qualified
• Significant UK tax experience
