This is an infrastructure management position within the Site Management discipline. Career path includes advancement to senior organizational management position within the Site Management structure and/or access to senior management positions in other technical support areas, systems development or organizational leadership.
BUSINESS OVERVIEW
The APAC Data Center Site Management (DCSM) team is the Data Center Site Management structure responsible for providing timely and cost-effective operations services to the Americas Data Centers. The DCSM team is responsible for 24x7 management and tracking of all activity within the current and future-processing environments of all strategic data centers. This functional group manages all Business-as-Usual (BAU) activity and projects including hardware installs, upgrades, and break/fix trouble related activity. It also assures the proper and timely coordination of escalated processing incidents.
The DCSM team is the managing interface, and coordinator, for all Corporate Reality Service (CRS) and Citigroup Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) activities within the facility. The DCSM team is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the media libraries, e.g. BAU processing, capacity forecasts, consumables trending, and disposal. The DCSM team is also responsible for enforcing all compliance policies, while taking an active lead in the change control process, as it relates to the processing floor and surrounding facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Data Center Site Manager's roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of a strategic Americas Data Center facility
* Manage a team of technical Data Center operations personnel (outsourced and FTE) across four distinct functional areas
* Provide day-to-day leadership for support and execution of the data center requirements
* Establish and maintain working relationships with appropriate business, technology and development management levels
* DCSM team motivation inclusive of:
o Displays passion and optimism;
o Inspires respect and trust;
o Mobilizes others to fulfill the vision;
o Provides vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates;
* Establish meaningful metrics and management reports
* Insure all GPMs support CITMP Level III procedures that in turn support Level II requirements
* Complete necessary documentation with appropriate frequency to ensure compliance with Level III procedures
* Direct interaction w/Senior CTI and client representatives to ensure business alignment
* Manage multiple PMO and internal projects across all disciplines
* Influence peer organizations within CTI to coordinate and facilitate the various strategic initiatives
