Northmarq is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst in our Miami, FL office to join an active, top performing Commercial brokerage team. The candidate must have prior experience within the commercial real estate industry, and an intimate familiarity with Commercial Real Estate investments is preferred. The individual will be expected to work directly with brokers on property valuations by underwriting and analyzing the client’s quantitative property data. Those who possess intellectual creativity and critical thinking skills, coupled with being a driven and self-motivated individual, are encouraged to apply. The individual must be able to efficiently manage a variety of responsibilities for each individual assignment with the ability to work both independently and cohesively within a team environment.
