The Charlotte office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate for the Real Estate & Land Use Department.
Our real estate and land use lawyers represent clients on nearly every facet of commercial real property development and finance, from formation of ownership entities through project planning, land acquisition, loan negotiation, leasing, management, sale, workout and foreclosure. We advise on the acquisition, financing, land use planning, zoning, construction, leasing and sale of real property.

Qualified candidates will have 3 – 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have deal expertise in commercial acquisitions (including title and survey review) and dispositions, leasing, real estate debt, equity and/or capital markets transactions. Top academic credentials, drafting and communication skills required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, fast paced, national real estate practice group working on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
