Step into an instrumental role as a Case Manager with FPP Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Financial Advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial. The Case Manager will primarily assist advisors prepare for and conduct client meetings and follow up with clients after the meeting. This role provides client relationship support through managing, gathering and analyzing client data in preparation for client meetings, as well as attending meetings, taking notes, and performing follow up functions after the meeting. The Case Manager will also work with clients to resolve issues, and other practice management tasks as needed.
This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics, and legal and regulatory requirements, when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.
Responsibilities and time allocation may change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor or firm.
Provide an exemplary level of client service Coordinate financial planning data gathering process
Prepare client agendas and forms in alignment with practice preferences for all client meetings
Review and update client information as needed
Responsible for completing insurance proposals and re-projections
Owner of meeting follow up process and business processing action items
Oversee future assets and business opportunities
Owner of required minimum distributions process
Responsible for follow-up with home office on business related matters
Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts and financial planning data
Responsible for documenting client contact/calls
Maintain client contact during the financial planning process
Manage and resolve client service matters
Conduct trades and transaction requests as directed by financial advisor
Attend and participate in client meetings
Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
Client contact for marketing if applicable

Polite and clear phone and e-mail communication
Able to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and Ameriprise
Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance
Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
College degree or higher
Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including:
Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses
