We are currently working with one of the world's most respected independent private capital advisors which is looking to add two juniors at Analyst level to its London-based team which advises GPs on how to grow and diversify their platforms.

Our client
Additionally to their market-leading fund placement and secondary advisory practices, this recently established team provides strategic advice to alternative asset managers globally and specifically in private markets.

What the job involves
  • Due diligence coordination
  • Liaising with advisors, lawyers and counterparties
  • Day to day contact for buyside queries during process
  • Providing elements of first draft of pitchbooks and various transaction marketing materials
  • Building bespoke transaction models (with assistance from deal lead when required)
  • Maintaining and updating sets of trading comps

Who we are looking for
  • Analytical with strong modelling skills and an ability to grasp processes
  • Collaborative, working effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills / able to engage with very senior-level clients
  • Prior relevant work experience in investment banking or transaction services advantageous
