The Regional Marketing team supports the full spectrum of consumer and wealth clients in DBS, across all products and experiences. We are transforming ourselves to be one of the best teams in Asia. What you will do
Be flexible. We are boosting our current wealth management business from our current level to the best in the world. This is going to involve creativity, problem solving, and finding ways to get things done together.
Use data. Tap into teammates and the systems DBS has invested in to understand customers. Shaping and delivering exceptional client experiences to drive engagement, retention and revenue growth.
Understand customers. Utilise customer insights, data and research to enhance client journey, spark client conversations, and identify acquisition opportunities.
Run our loyalty program. End-to-end management of DBS Asia Treasures regional programme for Private Bank (PB) and Treasures Private Client (TPC) business segments.
Innovate and create the next big idea. Developing and managing a regional loyalty programme for PB and TPC business segment.
Work with people. Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders across wealth planning, CIO, investment products, business management, data, design, etc. to enable smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
Get value from partnerships. Effectively manage external vendors and partnerships to ensure exceptional delivery and quality of bespoke client experiences.
Measure impact. Undertake periodic measurements and analysis of key performance indicators and business outcomes.
Know the market. Understand as well as identify wealth and high net worth (HNW) industry and trends; make appropriate recommendations proactively.
Experience. Minimum 8-10 years in the wealth and HNW industry.
Self-driven, motivated . Effective self-starter and collaborator who flourishes in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
