The incumbent will be working in our Audit Learning & Deployment team in Hong Kong which is dedicated to build capabilities of our partners and professional staff in Audit function through provision of ongoing, timely and relevant learning solutions and tools across the country.
Act as project manager and also assist in the Firm's new Data and Analytics initiatives in national capacity
Liaise with stakeholders to identify training needs and provide co-ordination support
Provide support in planning for courses to be deployed in Hong Kong region, developing and reviewing training material
Assist in running and monitoring compliance of training to auditors from time to time
Assist in production, review and project management in terms of development of new learning solutions
Liaise with professional bodies and our service provider(s) in regards to qualification examinations matters
Opportunity for client-facing role, being involved in the audit of financial statements and group reporting packages
Experience and qualities required
Bachelor's degree holder or above with a minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably with a major audit firm.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge in MS Power BI is an advantage
Self-driven team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong project management skills
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Keen and curious learner with strong presentation skills
Fluent in written and verbal English and Mandarin
