Act as RP delegate for supervision of multiple WSPs for Client Operations. RPs are often required to exercise judgment on the degree of advisor/associate education and/or escalation when reviewing these WSP samples because of the limited guidance that tools provide and the wide-range of variable information produced for arriving at conclusions.
Serve as a key resource in efforts to prevent potential loss of business resulting from regulatory, service or transactional efforts. Issues may be related to basic investment or general securities products. Coordinate, and may sometimes lead, involvement of appropriate internal partners to resolve issues and communicate updates to impacted internal or external parties.
Demonstration of strong project management skills; knowledge of or applied use of Six Sigma methodologies in previous accomplishments.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to effectively gather information and disseminate facts and recommendations.
Associate degree or equivalent (2-years)
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Solid analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in more than two areas.
Ability to communicate effectively recommended results from analysis.
Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)
