About our client Our client, a well-established global private equity fund is currently looking to hire an HR Advisor to join their London team. The fund, which invests through multiple strategies across numerous international regions, has had a very successful past couple of years, significantly increasing its AUM. They are continuing this growth phase and have multiple fund-raises lined up for the near future, making it a very exciting time to join.
What the job involves As the HR Advisor, you will work as part of a small but very efficient and high-performing global HR team where you will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility. On the day-to-day you will take on a very generalist role, working very closely with the Head of HR and various senior internal stakeholders. Alongside the day-to-day, there will also be plenty of project work, including system and L&D-focused programmes. There is a clear career path mapped out for the position and is a great opportunity for an up-and-coming HR professional to really accelerate their career.
Provide day-to-day generalist HR support across the business, UK and international
Manage the full employment life cycle, being a point of contact for all HR and people-related queries
Support the entire people function with relevant and topical projects, including talent, L&D and mobility
Reviewing and implementing new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations
Building strong and trusting relationships with key internal stakeholders
Assist in ad-hoc HR and people related work when needed
Who we are looking for
Broad HR generalist with experience in the financial or professional services industries
Knowledge of the private equity or alternative investment space would be advantageous
Comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions
A team player with a high level of independence, empathy and enthusiasm
Excellent organisational skills with experience working on various HR related projects
Experience of working in an international environment would be advantageous
