A premier vertically integrated real estate investment firm based in Florida is seeking to add an Asset Management Analyst to their growing team. Our client has a strong, decades-long track record of success in the commercial real estate space with no plans of slowing down any time soon. Responsibilities:

• Maintain close network of and relationships with relevant market players, leasing agents, consultants, investors and existing tenants
• Assist with the budget process for leasing assumptions
• Drive market research for relevant MSAs
• Aggregating and compiling property level information to report on asset performance
• Prepare financial modeling to support and guide asset management decisions

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of asset management / commercial real estate, commercial leasing, investment sales, real estate analysis role, or equivalent
• Strong interest in or experience with industrial / office assets
• Bachelor's Degree in real estate, economics, finance, or similar
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
