About our client
Our client is a global impact investor which is looking to hire a Fund Finance Analyst to its finance function. The purpose of this role is to support the operations and growth of the fund finance team and to be provided with valuable mentorship as they look to expand their portfolio. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing impact investor and work across fund finance, portfolio monitoring and valuations.
What the job involves
  • Working with administrators to ensure quarterly and annual fund accounts and NAV is produced accurately in a timely manner
  • Providing input on accounting treatment for investment and related transactions, working as an intermediary between investment team and fund accounts production team
  • Coordinating the valuation process bi-annually with external controller
  • Maintaining fund model, liquidity management and actioning capital calls and distributions
  • Support where required with quarterly deliverables and ad hoc analysis for the global and european funds
  • Support the adoption and rollout of portfolio monitoring system
Who we are looking for
  • Part-qualified or qualified chartered accountant
  • Professional experience in either financial reporting, systems & controls audit, private markets administrator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadline and to prioritise own workload accordingly
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
  • An interest in impact investing
