Position Description:
We are in the midst of an important global transformation and seeking an agile, product owner to set the vision as we expand, implement our roadmap strategy & deliver on major initiatives across our platforms. Our Product team advocates for our Marketing users and our business, using data, research, strategy, and empathy to guide toward a common goal.
Reporting to the VP, Marketing Data Platform Product Manager, you will own product execution and delivery, in partnership with the Marketing technology team, ensuring they continuously deliver business value, impact, and operational efficiency across Marketing and Technology.

- Support all rollout activities that are critical to ensure project success -business training, documentation, release notes

- Maintaining high quality assurance standards that support commitment to customer satisfaction and launching superior products

Position Requirements:
- 4+ years product management experience defining vision and strategy for platform products, going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, and driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
- Advanced knowledge of Agile Management methodologies, leading practices, tools and techniques
- Track record of building credibility and trust through consistent behavior, high integrity, and judgment
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Management, Computer Science, and/or a related discipline
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Solid analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work seamlessly managing multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams across marketing and technology.
- Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
Desired Skills:
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, manage deadlines, and support or lead dynamic initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Backend APIs and Data Integrations
- Experience working in Financial Services
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity effectively and is energized working in environments where the solution is not always explicit
