A large financial services bank is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join their Luxembourg team. This individual will be central to the regulatory framework of the bank, implementing compliance strategies, maintaining detailed knowledge of market conduct and contributing to the ongoing compliance reporting. Responsibilities:

• Observing the RCM framework and policies of the organization - identifying and mitigating any regulatory compliance risk
• Enacting the regulatory compliance monitoring protocols
• Executing reporting in line with local regulations and timelines
• Implementing compliance policies and procedures, meeting local requirements and communicating them with the companies employees
• Endorsing a strong compliance and integrity culture, consistent with the banks strategic objectives
• Supporting regulatory projects in cooperation with the different compliance teams

Profile:

• Excellent knowledge of EU laws and regulations and CSSF circulars
• Advanced communication skills, written and verbal
• Good judgement capabilities when applying business context
• An understanding of balance between risk management and business policies
• Problem solving attitude and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
