Help conduct the smooth operation & growth of an established independent financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. This role provides support by assisting in daily business operations, responding to ad hoc requests, maintain client management system, coordinating/tracking projects and/or managing business-as-usual projects such as organizing the logistics of a client or prospect seminar. You would also provide client relationship support through interacting directly with clients. Responsibilities and Time Allocation - Will change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor.

Manage Prospect Pipeline
Preparation of Agenda for Investment and Goal Reviews.

College degree or higher
2+ years of similar experience

Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor's practice
