About our client
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced private markets investor relations professional to join a well-capitalised private equity investment manager based in London. Their mission is to contribute to a more sustainable future by leading the transition to clean energy generation and participating in the global effort to reduce carbon emissions through the development, operation and financing of renewable energy infrastructure assets.
What the job involves
This role is best suited to an experienced IR/placement professional.
  • Work alongside senior partners and the wider team across all product development and investor relations activities
  • Review and manage investor presentations and follow ups
  • Negotiate with institutional investors i.e. lead LPA and side letter negotiations
  • Have oversight of junior team members, assessing their work and aiding their personal development
Who we are looking for
  • Strong academic track record with experience in investor relations, product development teams within private markets funds or those within a placement agent
  • Experience/exposure to renewable energy, infrastructure or real assets is advantageous
  • Passion for our mission - 'to generate a more sustainable future by leading the transition to clean energy'
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities as well as demonstrable technical skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
