Fort Myers, FL CPA firm is currently seeking a Full-Time Corporate/Individual Tax Preparer/Staff Accountant to join our growing firm.  CPA License is preferred but not required.   

  • Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Trust and Payroll tax preparation
  • Extensive work in Quickbooks and Preparation of Financial Statements, as well as, the ability to communicate effectively with clients on a daily basis
  • Analyze problems and weaknesses within client procedures and assist with alternative solutions

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in Public Accounting and tax preparation
  • Understanding of tax filing requirements and deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
  • Individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter, entrepreneur thinker
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
