Design, develop and implement training and development solutions which address the broad team and individual development needs of the organization. Also participate in the design of solutions to ensure consistency and thoroughness. Comfortable using various training mediums, including instructor-led, e-learning and blended approaches.
Craft and develop training programs based upon outcomes from training needs analyses. Identify and uses the appropriate training vehicle, such as e-learning, instructor-led and blended approaches, to achieve the desired organizational impact or change. Design and develop training documentation such as curriculum outlines, and user/facilitator guides and other instructional design systems.
Deliver training solutions to employees/leaders or prepare subject matter authorities for delivery of training initiative. Assure all materials, resources, and documentation is prepared in advance of training session(s).
Establish relationships with key business unit partners to see whether existing or proposed training address business challenges and needs. Develop tools and survey instruments which assist in identifying training needs and reporting outcomes back to project or business-unit partners. Leverage ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) to ensure that the training intervention achieves its desired objectives.
Assist in the day-to-day project management of training initiatives to include vendor management, status reporting, engagement of key project or business-unit partners and content reviews with subject matters experts within lines-of-business. Facilitate and own content review in the role of a SME and updates in knowledge management tools.
Plan implementation strategies for training programs and builds supporting materials to ensure a successful implementation. Ensure that existing training programs and tools are successfully implemented within the business and the desired objectives are achieved. Conduct and facilitates training sessions by using classroom, web-based and self-paced delivery mechanisms.
Perform a lead role in designing and developing survey instruments which assess the short and long-term impact of training interventions. Follow-up with training participants to validate efficiency of training and ensure learning objectives are met.
Bachelors degree or equivalent
3 to 5 years relevant work experience
Strong project management skills.
Experience in facilitating and delivering presentation to organizations/audiences.
Ability to multi-task and handle priorities in a fast-paced project-focused environment.

Comfortable working with databases to analyze, coordinate and draw inference from data.
