Serve as first point of contact for Ameriprise Advisor Center (AAC) advisors and relationship partners for routine service issues, policies, procedures and tools. Communicate directly with AAC advisors to research questions, open issue cases, and resolve problems utilizing Ameriprise Tools and business partners. Handle processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the AAC.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the packaging and mailing of client applications and forms on behalf of advisor teams.
- Support AAC advisors and staff as a subject matter expert on Ameriprise policies, procedures and tools.
- Review and provide feedback on existing policies and procedures. Document new policies and procedures. Update policies and procedures as needed.
- Handle receiving, documenting and distributing of incoming client/advisor mail.
- Handle the packaging and mailing of client insurance policies on behalf of advisor teams.
- Provide subject matter expert support to the AAC and Business Partners on client service, operational projects and key initiatives to keep and drive additional business results.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a minimum of 1-3 years of transferable experience and an Associate degree, or a minimum of 3-5 years of transferable experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Self starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- General knowledge of computer hardware: i.e. monitor connections, blue tooth accessories, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of The Ameriprise Advisor Center.
- Knowledge of Ameriprise systems: Cola, eWorkflow, Client Viewer, Status Manager, OFM, Thomson One, Microsoft Tool Suite
