Who we are looking for The Performance and Analytics -Assistant Vice President (Implementations Support) is part of a team that helps define and owns the Standard Operating Model and supports implementations of large asset manager clients. The individual is expected to understand the operating processes and add value by making recommendations for changes to implement new best practices or enhance existing ones. They will implement the performance services needs of large Asset Managers and bring them to a stable BAU state. The incumbent is required to work independently with all internal teams that include Global Delivery, Global Client Service and Global Product & Solutions as well as cross organizational teams that support implementations and clients themselves. Building client relationships is a key competency in this role.

Lead client implementations or conversions for asset manager segment
Drive the gathering of client requirements and identify gaps that need development
Build a positive, productive relationship with client
Interact with IT to interpret client needs into written requirements
Lead large standing projects geared at operational improvements
Identifies operational needs and suggests solutions and operational improvements
Effectively uses communication both written and verbal to achieve stated objectives and maintain working relationships both internally and externally

Strong managing skills in dealing with concerns from different stakeholders such as Client Service, Delivery and Product Teams. Ability to take on tactical and strategic perspective on issues and understand upstream and downstream impact to diverse teams within STT, client, etc.
Actively review current processes and engage stakeholders to understand current challenges and propose solutions both short term and long term to continuously eliminate risk in process and bring FTE and IT savings.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree - BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
5-7 Year experience
Performance experience CFA/CIPM is a plus
Knowledge of performance and accounting systems including PnA, GPA, Opturo, Solovis, MCH, RKS
