About the role
As a Researcher, you will be responsible for portfolio management duties such as analysis of investment performance, portfolio models, communicate with investor enquiries, coordination with clients and investors.
Responsibilities - Assist in analysis of investment performance, financial statements, financial models, and industry research
- Assist in Investment memorandum preparation and writing
- Assist in maintenance, monitoring with existing and future portfolio investment/modelling
- Maintain database on investors, complete investor questionnaires and RFPs
- Coordinate client visit, facilitate client onsite onboarding process and client onsite due diligence
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, Asst Management team, Investment Team, Legal, Finance and Accounting etc
- Any ad hoc project or duties designated by the Company
Requirements - Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, surveying, real estate, or related disciplines
- 3 years experiences of Finance/investment/ real estate
- Experience in working with MNC culture is a preferred
- Team player, great communications skills; able to work closely with investment team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills in English
