With an AUM of over 1bn, they typically invest initially at Series B in three main verticals: marketplaces, fintech and software. It is a lean team and there is a flat, supportive culture. Their approach is to invest in companies that have proven their business model and their investment is capital to fuel the growth. Because of this, they like to gain conviction through data. Typical equity cheques are circa EUR 50mn but they would invest between EUR 10 and 100mn. As one of the top-performing funds in Europe, they have been incredibly successful and often invest against the grain.
