About our client
Our client, a global leading private equity fund is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join their London team to focus on hiring across multiple areas of the business including front, middle and back-office functions. The firm which is one of the global leaders within the space, is currently going from strength to strength, leading to an increase in hiring across business and the need an additional talent hire into the team.

What the job involves
As the Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with the hiring managers of various business units on a day-to-day basis, advising and supporting them on all talent and recruitment needs.
  • Strategic leadership of the talent acquisition agenda for multiple level hires within the investment and corporate business units
  • Working with stakeholders in a number of global locations to deliver multi-geography talent and a sharing of talent across the organisation
  • Ownership of the short, medium and long-term talent acquisition strategies for the designated business areas, working closely with all hiring managers
  • Building effective pipelines of internal and external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements, securing talent through multiple search methods
  • Ensure effective management of appropriate offshore support work for recruitment administration, candidates sourcing and requisition administration
  • Develop insight and knowledge of talent markets in a variety of locations outside of the UK in order to support international hiring
  • Management of any associated third-party activity relevant to the hiring process

Who we are looking for
  • Previous recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the financial services, investment management or asset management space
  • Knowledge of the private asset or real estate markets would be advantageous
  • Previous experience in competency-based interviewing and ideally qualified to administer aptitude tests
  • Familiarity with HR policies and relevant employment law issues
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
