Create project bid list on Procore for Senior Estimator to review.
Prepare bid invitation on Procore and issue to selected subcontractor.
Call invited subcontractors to confirm bid invitation was received and their interest on providing a proposal.
Create pre-bid RFIs for Senior estimator to review, and issue to design team and distribute RFI responses to subcontractors.
Review contract documents and ensure all subcontractor trades are accounted for.
Verify all bid documents have been received, stamp and upload to Procore.
Perform quantity take-offs and square foot analysis and present in an organized manner.
Create subcontractor bid scopes of work.
Review subcontractor proposals and level out the subcontractor proposals.
