About our client
Our client is an exciting, fast growing private equity firm, which is looking to expand its investment team in their office near Zurich. The current team is of a high calibre and remains lean so you will get great day-to-day exposure and responsibility. The firm focuses on a broad variety of secondaries investments on a global basis, ranging from straight sales to more innovative structures such as non-traditional secondaries (co-investments and fund-of-funds) and structured transactions. Often, these investments are directly sourced and more complex. This is a great opportunity to join an impressive, growing platform in an important role.
What the job involves
  • You will work on all elements of the investment process with a particular focus on financial modelling and investment memo writing
  • You will also gain exposure to portfolio management and deal origination
Who we are looking for
  • You should have prior experience from one or more of the following backgrounds: private equity secondaries, investment banking M&A, another LP environment
  • Strong valuations and modelling experience from private equity, investment banking or big four professional services
  • Strong written and spoken English is essential
  • You must be able to be based in Switzerland full time
  • An additional European language, particularly German, would be advantageous
